Grow throughs for bushes and the larger plant
Suitable for supporting and growing larger plants and shrubs, our grow through supports for large plants are supplied in two different dimensions, rectangle and round.
The legs on both types are detachable which makes for easy storage throughout the winter months. The legs are strong, durable and have a ‘pigtail’ top which is easy to fix to the frame and remains securely in place for as long as needed.
Rectangle grow throughs
In a large herbaceous border, it is advantageous to place several of the rectangle grow throughs together to support similar plants in a large area. Professional gardeners frequently use them when growing flowers for the cut flower market. The supports provide protection to delicate stems in windy conditions.
Choice of finish
Green epoxy powder coating or untreated for a vintage rusty look.
The grow through plant supports should be used early in the growing season.
Pushed well down into the growing medium and pulled gently up as the plants grow, the frame will support the stems and flower heads and when the plant is fully grown the support becomes fully concealed.
Stack them for next time
In the Autumn the grow through supports stack away easily, ready for the next season.
